The dismantling of conscious and unconscious biases is part of our continued work programme, and requires active participation from all team members at all levels. We have, for example, a Salary Matrix which we use to work out what each of our Rubettes are paid. Factors taken into account are the level of responsibility of the role, the nature of the work, the time served at RUBY, and the level of past experience.

The successful applicants must be excited and eager to learn, and committed to providing excellent customer service. Availability across both weekend and weekdays is required.
With this role you will have the opportunity to gain work experience in an inspiring, creative and diverse and fast paced industry.
To be successful in your application for our RUBY Summer School internship you will have the following skills:
- Love for the brands we produce and carry
- Focused on providing excellent customer service
- Friendly and personable
- Able to work well in a fasted-paced environment

We are looking for a Part-Time Sales Assistant to join our Christchurch team working in The Crossing RUBY Store. Experience in a similar retail environment is preferred but not essential. You will assist the store management team in the daily running of the store. With this role you will be joining a creative, diverse, inspiring and fast paced industry.
To be successful in your application you will have the following skills:
