If you would like to make any changes to your order please get in touch with us as soon as possible via live chat, by calling +64 9 360 3708 or email through our contact us form. We will try our best to make any changes before the order has been dispatched.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been placed. If you have not received an order confirmation email within 2 hours please contact us via our contact us form, live chat, or +64 9 360 3708. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email from us with your tracking information.
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours. Please bear with us during busy periods as we will have an increase in enquiries to respond to.
