We aim to dispatch all online orders within 48 hours Monday-Friday, excluding 3-Hour / Same Day services. Please take into account that dispatch time frames is in addition to the carrier time frame.

While we aim to provide all customers with accurate delivery time frames, there may be circumstances where delivery is delayed because of events beyond our control. If this happens, we will do our best to arrange for your order to be delivered as soon as possible, but we will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of the delay.

 

COURIERPOST (DELIVERIES WITHIN NEW ZEALAND)

  • We can courier to any address including PO Boxes.
  • Signature is required upon delivery.
  • Orders are processed from the RUBY online store in Auckland, New Zealand.

UBER DIRECT SAME DAY SHIPPING

  • Uber Direct is available on all orders within the eligibility criteria.
  • Items in your order must be available in a RUBY store within 10km of your delivery address for Uber Shipping to be an available shipping method.
  • Uber Direct is available between 9am - 3pm weekdays, and 10am - 3pm weekend days.
  • Any orders placed outside of this timeframe, will be sent the following day using Uber Direct.
  • You must be available at the address at the time of delivery, otherwise the parcel will be left at your delivery address. A picture will be provided by Uber as proof of delivery.
  • If the item is left at your property, the liability for the parcel becomes that of the customer, from the time the delivery photo is provided from Uber.
  • If the product is unavailable in the required store for any reason, your order will be sent on our standard overnight shipping via courier post.

 

CLICK + COLLECT

  • Click + Collect gives you the flexibility of ordering online and the convenience of being able to pick up your order from your nearest RUBY store.
  • Provided that your garment is available at the store you have selected, there is no charge (please see our ‘Find in store’ store availability guide on each style).
  • We will confirm by email as soon as your order is ready for collection, within one working day.
  • Please bring your order confirmation and photo I.D for collection.

      AUSTRALIA & REST OF WORLD: DHL EXPRESS & COURIERPOST STANDARD INTERNATIONAL

      • We can courier to any address including PO boxes.
      • Signature is required upon delivery.
      • For international orders, import duty, customs fees and local sales taxes (levies) may be charged to you by the destination country’s authorities, depending upon the laws and regulations of that country. RUBY is not responsible for custom duty charges.
      • Payment of these levies may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
      • Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only – delays caused by the customs clearance processes are out of our control.
